Ghaziabad GDA has once again advised people to buy a house or land in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Officials said that do not buy illegal space without investigating. In fact, GDA once again took action and mixed illegal colonies in Dasna area of ​​Ghaziabad. Illegal construction was demolished in about 68 bighas of area in Kallugarhi, Dasna NH-24 and village Kushalia. Let’s know everything.

In Ghaziabad’s Dasna area, GDA took major action on the colonies being illegally settled illegally. On the instructions of GDA Vice President Atul Vats, the team of Enforcement Zone-3 demolished this with heavy police force. This action was taken on land in Kallugarhi area of ​​village Dasna Dehat, where an illegal colony was being developed in about 44 bighas of area.

Along with this, illegal construction was demolished in 10 bighas on Dasna NH-24 and 4 bighas in village Kushalia. During the action, the boundary wall of plots, roads and drains were demolished. Local developers tried to protest, but the police force continued to take action while handling the situation. This is action taken under the zero tolerance policy against illegal constructions. There is an appeal to the citizens not to buy and sell plots in such unauthorized colonies. GDA has clearly indicated that illegal constructions will not be tolerated.

Earlier, GDA’s bulldozer action was once again seen in Ghaziabad last month. Where 3 illegal colonies were demolished in Modinagar and 2 Oyo hotels were sealed. In Modinagar -Yakutpur and Begmabad, GDA took major action of demolition by running bulldozers on 3 colonies being developed illegally in about 19,000 square meters. At the same time, the GDA had demolished 5 old and 3 newly created colonies located in the Mirpur Hindu, Khadkhari and Chirodi road areas against illegal construction in Loni region. This action was taken under sections 14 and 15 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipal Planning and Development Act 1973.
