Mumbai. Politics has intensified on the Marathi-Hindi language dispute in Maharashtra. On a statement by BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, NCP (Sharad Pawar faction) MP Supriya Sule retaliated and said that all MPs should respect each other’s languages.

During the press conference on Tuesday, MP Supriya Sule said that Arun Jaitley used to say, if you stop showing it, then people will stop talking on it. People of every state and region of the country have the right to speak in their language. All MPs should respect each other’s languages. This is our culture and value system.

On the Maharashtra language dispute, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey posted on the social media platform X and took the Thackeray brothers on the target. He wrote, “If you have courage, then the Thackeray brothers in Mumbai, kill the non-Marathi-speaking. Tamil-speaking, Kannada-speaking, Gujarati and now people of Rajasthan are showing their quadruped by beating them in the police station or celebrating their defeat in BMC elections.”

On the other hand, a sit -in demonstration was organized by Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) in Meera Road area of Mumbai. During this time, some workers also caused a ruckus due to the custody of the police. On this demonstration, MNS district president Sandeep Rane said that the reason for the march was that a few days ago, traders had taken out march against Marathi and Maharashtra with big claims and announcements. We immediately decided to give them a befitting reply. He took out a march, but its real organizer is a worker of Narendra Mehta.

Sandeep Rane said that I just want to tell him that there are big platforms to do politics. Go there and do politics as much as you want. There is no stopping. I want to appeal to the people of all religions that peace should remain in Meera Bhayandar. Whatever will be spoken against Marathi, the same answer will be given.
