Patna. Amidst the uproar over the Bihar voter list, Union Minister Giriraj Singh has launched a big attack on Tejashwi Yadav. On Tuesday, Giriraj Singh was talking to the media in Patna. He questioned Tejashwi Yadav’s wife’s name in the voter list. He said that how did Rajshri become voters? It should be investigated.

Union Minister Giriraj Singh said, “Tejashwi Yadav claims to be his own socialist, but what kind of hypocrisy is this? Why did he change his wife’s name? If she was a Christian, was it wrong? Is it a crime to be a Christian?” During this, Giriraj Singh raised the demand for an inquiry and said, “In the voter list, there should be an inquiry on the name of Tejashwi Yadav’s wife. How did she become voters? Is this on the basis of citizenship certificate?”

On the allegations of the opposition on the voter list, the Union Minister said, “Tejashwi Yadav is raising questions about the Aadhaar card, but it is written on the Aadhaar card that it is not a proof of citizenship. It also has to be understood that the citizen who is, the same voter will be. Giriraj Singh alleged, “People of the opposition want to vote illegally with citizens living.” He questioned, “I want to ask the opposition whether Rohingyas should be a citizen of India?”

The Union Minister further said, “Rahul Gandhi shouts or Tejashwi Yadav shouts, this work should have been done long ago. Election Commission should do special intensive revision of voter list every 10 years in Bihar.” Along with this, Giriraj Singh said, “Indian Muslims are the safest in the world. But those who are giving protection to the intruders are betraying against the country.”
