Paresh Rawal has given confirmation to return to the film, ending the controversy of Hera Pheri 3. Akshay’s lawyer Pooja Tidke had said that the production company has spent a lot of money on the film, so legal action can be taken in this matter.
As the controversy escalated, Paresh Rawal returned the signing amount of the film with Rs 11 lakh 5 percent interest. The controversy also happened because Paresh Rawal had announced it in the media before talking to the makers to leave the film.

The film’s director Priyadarshan said in an interview to Mid Day- Akshay Kumar has an emotional attachment with the film.
