Land near Mangla Valped-7 in Barmer
The land has collapsed near Welfare Seven of Mangla Oil Field in Barmer district. On this occasion, Nagara police station has reached the spot and instructions are being given to the common man to stay alert and away, that the Keyn Vedanta Company was doing oil excavation. After seeing this incident of land, there is an atmosphere of fear among the local people and farmers.
It is being told that in the recent past, farmers in oil producing areas have complained many times that chemicals were being adulterated in a different way with the water under the ground, which used to hollow the ground from below. Because of which the land is continuously collapsing. Due to this, about six to seven feet to eight feet deep pits have become pits.
