Sabudana – 1 cup
Boiled Potatoes – 2 medium sized
Peanut (roasted and coarse ground) – 1/4 cup
Green Chilli-1-2
Coriander leaf – 2 tablespoons (chopped)
Rock salt – as per taste
Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – to fry

To prepare sabudana cutlets, first of all, soak Sabudana for 4-5 hours. Soak the water completely, and the sabudana becomes soft. Sieve if there is more water.
