In the changing times, many wildlife are now starting to move the population. The incidents of tiger attackers have increased rapidly compared to the leopard. That is, till now Guldar has been considered more dangerous, but the beginning of 2025 has introduced a new trend. The forest department is constantly active to prevent the fight between humans and wild animals, for which things like tranquilizing, cage and treating are done. Vivek Pandey, Additional Chief Conservator of Forest Department of Forest Department said that many efforts are being made on the ground to reduce the struggle. Where there is more danger, special monitoring is being done.

Along with this, campaigns are also being run to make the villagers aware.
Danger from Guldars still remains
So far 534 people have died and 2052 people have been injured in the 24 years of the formation of Uttarakhand. Even though the tiger has been extremely aggressive in the first six months of this year. But Guldar is also no less than that. According to the data of the last few years, 14 deaths in 2024 due to Guldar attacks, while 18 deaths in 2023, 22 deaths in 2022, 23 deaths in 2021 and 30 people lost their lives in 2020. The figures are indicated that the distance between humans and forest in Uttarakhand is constantly reduced and when this distance turns into danger, the victims are no longer animals, humans are also there.
