1- Semolina (rava) – 1 cup
2- Fresh curd – ½ cup
3- Hot water – ½ cup
4- Mustard granule, cumin – ½ teaspoon
5- Urad Dal – 1 teaspoon
6- Asafoetida – a pinch
7- Green chili (finely chopped) – 1
8- Onion, carrots, beans – finely chopped
9- Curry leaves and green coriander – as per taste
10- Salt – as per taste
11- Oil – 2 teaspoons

1. First of all, soak the semolina in hot water and leave it for 5 minutes. Then remove its extra water and make a light batter by putting it with curd in the grinder.
2. Now heat a little oil in a pan and add mustard, cumin, asafetida, urad dal. Then add green chillies, onions, carrots, beans, curry leaves and green coriander and fry it lightly.
3. Now mix this vegetable mixture well in a semolina-curd batter and keep it covered for 5 minutes.
4. Prepare an idli stand or a bowl like a tadka pan with a little oil. Then add this batter to it and cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
